이번주 나방은 필리핀에서 온 댄싱 마이크로 영상입니다 (워렌 로드가 찍은). 이것은 꽤 멋진 헤드스탠드로 끝나는 짝짓기 디스플레이라고 생각할 수 있습니다.. 춤을 추거나 행동을 보이는 다른 소경이 많이 있습니다., but there are almost no other videos online and few as high quality as this one. I am thinking this is a Cosmopterigidae, something approaching the genus Ressia. I am unable to find confirmed records of anything near this genus from SE Asia (and nothing in the Microlepidoptera of the Philippine Islands) – but doing a google search I did find another image of what might be this same moth!

오, my!!! As if that amazing dance and headstand weren’t enough, those RED eyes with that black and white body, 와우. GORGEOUS! I’d surely swoon (were I a female moth of that sort…). Thanks for posting that fun video!!
